Refunds & Cancellations 
 

  • Same day cash refunds if paid by cash.
    Credit card back on the card,
    and check refunded by check.

  • Next day cash pay is refunded by check.
    No cash refunds after the first day.

  • For the weekly and monthly there will be
    a pro rated check refund or credit card refund.

  • After last month electric is paid, remaining
    deposit is refunded by check.

  • Can cancel reservation any time. No penalty.
